House 3bed/2.5ba - Great location 1 year lease

Hello, I'm looking for 1 roommate to move in around June or beginning of July for ideally a 1 year lease.

The house is in a great location, its pretty big for the price you will be paying. The downstairs has a good size kitchen and living room, has...
an office space, a back yard. The upstairs has the three bedrooms, 1 bedroom for each person, both bedrooms are the same size and have their own storage space as seen in the picture. You will be sharing the bathroom upstairs with the other roommate. There is also a bathroom downstairs (so 3 bathrooms total)

There is a designated covered garage that we have, where there is enough room for a car and storage, or just storage. There is also designated outdoor parking for us and free street parking

We are about 2 miles away from downtown and walking distance from some great parks. What is needed for the lease prior to move in day is the following:
- Security Deposit: 667 dollars (which will be returned at the end of the lease if there are no damages)
-Last months rent: Of 917 dollars (which will mean that you obviously wont have to pay rent on the last month of your stay)

Message me if you are interested and don't hesitate to ask me any questions you have. You can also text me at 7203409929
