Large Bedroom Available Walking Distance to Campus

I am moving to be closer to work, but my roommate wants to keep the apartment! He is a second year MBA student, but I'm trying to help in the search. If my job wasn't down in Littleton, I would absolutely stay. For the price, location, and amenities,... it's a steal in Boulder.

Apartment Description: The room in the apartment is very large and has a walk in closet. The apartment is furnished though if you have furniture that you would like to add that works for me too. The room is not furnished. We would share a shower, but the rest is separate. Unlike a lot of places in Boulder, we have in unit washing and drying as well as AC. Additionally, the apartment has a patio, so you can enjoy your morning weather.

Additional Option: If you are worried about the cost, I am more than willing to do this arrangement as well. We can negotiate this if we decide to.

Location: Less than a 5 minute walk to the Law Building. The AB1 and FF1 to the airport and Denver is also less than a five minute walk (approximately 150 yards away). I ride my bike to class and pearl daily. Chautauqua is <1 mile away and makes getting up to the park for a day really easy.
