Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at U Club on 28th for this upcoming year. My plans have changed and unfortunately I won’t be staying in Boulder — but I’ve lived at... U Club for the past 3 years and really liked it.

What you get:
• Private bedroom + private bathroom
• Shared common space (kitchen + living room) with 3 other roommates
• Comes with furniture! (Full sized bed, desk, couch in common area, etc)
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Super fast Dedicated Link gigabit internet + trash service included
• $1609/month for the unit + covered garage parking for $120/month
• Lease starts August 1st, 2025 and ends July 31st, 2026
