📣 Lease Re-let at U Club on 28th — FIRST MONTH ON ME! 📣

📣 Lease Re-let at U Club on 28th — FIRST MONTH ON ME! 📣

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at U Club on 28th for this upcoming year. My plans have changed and unfortunately I won’t be staying in Boulder — but I’ve lived at...
U Club for the past 3 years and really liked it.

What you get:
• Private bedroom + private bathroom
• Shared common space (kitchen + living room) with 3 other roommates
• Comes with furniture! (Full sized bed, desk, couch in common area, etc)
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Super fast Dedicated Link gigabit internet + trash service included
• $1609/month for the unit + covered garage parking for $120/month
• Lease starts August 1st, 2025 and ends July 31st, 2026

Perks of the building:
• Rooftop garden
• Outdoor pool & hot tub
• Sand volleyball court
• Club room with pool table
• BBQ grills
• On-site 24/7 Gym
• Academic Success Center with free printing
• Private study lounges
• Literally just minutes on foot to CU Law, C4C, IdeaForge, and Fleming

As an incentive, I’ll cover your first month of rent ($1729 total)

To clarify — this is an official re-let through U Club, not a sublease or anything sketchy. You’d be signing a lease directly with them (not me), so all payments and paperwork go through the front office besides the first month incentive.

If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to shoot me a message and I can walk you through the next steps or connect you with the leasing team. I’m more than happy to send over a copy of the lease if you’re interested.

Thanks you for your time! 🙌
