Room for Rent in Beautiful New House in Lafayette, Easy Drive/Bus to Campus
I'm a recent CU grad and I'm looking for two other girls to rent out my spare rooms. I live in a cute, recently built house in downtown Lafayette - 10 min walk to restaurants and shops, ~20 min drive to Boulder.
The house is duplex with 3 floors... and there are two rooms for rent - one upstairs and one in the basement. Rent for each room is $1200, which includes utilities and wifi.
The upstairs room is super bright and has its own bathroom right next to it. The bathroom has a pretty generous closet in it so there's plenty of room for storage. In the pictures it's the room with the rowing machine in it.
The basement room has a massive closet and its own bathroom. The basement also has a furnished living area which will pretty much be yours. This room offers a lot of privacy since there's a door that closes off the stairs to the basement from the rest of the house.
Both bedrooms are pretty spacious and have access to a ton of storage. Currently both rooms are furnished but if you have your own furniture that works too.
