Room for Rent in Beautiful New House in Lafayette, Easy Drive/Bus to Campus
I'm a recent CU grad and I'm looking for another girl to rent out my spare room. I live in a cute, recently built house in downtown Lafayette - 10 min walk to restaurants and shops, ~20 min drive to Boulder.
The house is duplex with 3 floors and... the available room is on the top floor. Rent is $1200, which includes utilities and wifi.
The room is super bright and has its own bathroom right next to it. The bathroom has a pretty generous closet in it so there's plenty of room for storage. In the pictures it's the room with the rowing machine in it (the pics are kinda old). Currently it's furnished, but if you have your own furniture that works too.
