The home is clean, and has street parking. The available bedroom is unfurnished, 14ft x 11.5ft space with 1 closet and two windows. There is a shared 5G wifi, bathroom, kitchen, 2 patios, backyard and washer/dryer. Near I25 and 30 Minute drive Denver-to-Downtown Denver (with no traffic), Lafayette, Westminster, Northglenn and Thornton are all nearby. While direct bus service from the house isn't available, the RTD FF1 bus line for Boulder commute is accessible from the Broomfield or Flatirons Park-N-Rides (driving required). Plenty of bike/walking trails are nearby, and we're close to a recreation center, library, retail stores and restaurants. We're unable to accommodate additional pets or children. The ideal move-in date is August 1st. The rent is $900 and includes utilities. House cleaning service 1/month split 70/30; 30% for the renter.
