Room in Broomfield

ISO housemate for 1 bedroom in a smoke-free home. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, which aligns with my preference for a peaceful home environment. Please message to request an application and plmk of any questions you have. I am looking... for a housemate for my split-level, 1.75 bathroom home in Broomfield near Main Street & 120th. The home is clean, and has street parking. The available bedroom is unfurnished, 14ft x 11.5ft space with 1 closet and two windows. There is a shared 5G wifi, bathroom, kitchen, 2 patios, backyard and washer/dryer. Near I25 and 30 Minute drive Denver-to-Downtown Denver (with no traffic), Lafayette, Westminster, Northglenn and Thornton are all nearby. While direct bus service from the house isn't available, the RTD FF1 bus line for Boulder commute is accessible from the Broomfield or Flatirons Park-N-Rides (driving required). Plenty of bike/walking trails are nearby, and we're close to a recreation center, library, retail stores and restaurants. To ensure a harmonious living environment, I'm seeking a single individual. For the comfort of both residents, overnight guests are limited to one night at a time, not exceeding one night per weekend. We're unable to accommodate additional pets or children. The ideal move-in date is August 1st. The rent is $900 and includes utilities. House cleaning service 1/month split 70/30; 30% for the renter. The deposit is $600 plus first and last month’s rent to move-in ($2400 total). 12-Month lease minimum. In-person Interview and financial & criminal background check required.

A little about me: I am a quiet morning person from the midwest and a professional female, often working at home. I have one small dog. I am an active person who exercises often in the home. I enjoy using the home space for zoom meetings, meditations, and yoga and group gatherings now and then. Also, I enjoy getting outside to bike, hike, and check-out live music. My son is in college and sometimes lives at home when classes are not in session.

About you... I am looking for a responsible adult who ideally works outside of the home. You are responsible, respectful, clean, and able to adjust noise levels at appropriate times. I would enjoy sharing a space with someone polite, honest, and understands the value of open lines of communication. Message me if you want to stop by to see the room and fill out an application. Thanks for looking.
