I’m looking for someone to take over my lease next semester while I’m abroad. This is an amazing place on Mariposa Ave, close to Chautauqua and only a 15-minute walk to campus. There’s convenient open street parking, on-site laundry, and the house... comes fully furnished. You’ll have your own private bedroom and share a bathroom with just one other roommate.
You’d be living with two friendly male roommates and one very calm, very sweet dog. The house also features a back porch, a spacious backyard, and a responsive property manager.
Rent is originally $1,300/month, but I’ve reduced it to $1,000/month and am open to negotiating.
