Sublease - Awesome Buffalo Canyon Apartment (1/4 rooms).

1 bedroom sublease of 4 bedroom apartment at buffalo canyon apartments. This sublease is available for the spring semester, with the potential option to sublease in the summer too. During the spring semester, 3/4 rooms in this apartment will be... subleased, so this is the perfect opportunity if multiple people are looking for a place in the spring. The last roommate who will be staying in the apartment is a third year student and is clean, conscious, and a great person to hang out with.

The apartment is located just off of 30th and Baseline road, meaning it is about a 14-20 minute walk to the engineering center or C4C. The apartment is located on the bottom floor of the complex, which, when combined with a mobile door locking app, allows for easy entry and exit of the building. This is a sublet, so the apartment will have a fully furnished living room, cooking supplies, and other necessities one would otherwise need to purchase.

In the bedroom being subleased, there will be an office chair, desk, box spring mattress, and lots of storage bins and hangers for your belongings if wanted. These cannot be taken at the end of your sublease period.

Ultimately, we are looking to sublease to an upper-division undergraduate student, who is clean, considerate, and loves to have a great time making friends. Please feel free to reach out if this catches your attention and we can organize a time for a tour.
